An expert in business and corporate law, Michael G. Oliva, assists domestic and international corporations with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and other business transactions.  He has 30 years experience in administrative and regulatory law  before both state and federal agencies and appellate courts, involving gas and electric energy, pipelines, telecommunications and securities.  He  also practices in the areas of community development law, health care law and tax law.

Mr. Oliva is an active presenter on a variety of legal topics ranging from health care and telecommunications law to asset management and distance education.

Mr. Oliva joined the Loomis Law Firm in 1978 after earning a law degree from the University of Michigan.
