Michael Matheson specializes in the areas of construction, real estate, green building, renewable energy and complex litigation. Mr. Matheson has represented real estate developers, national title companies and construction contractors on a variety of development and construction related issues. He also counsels clients on the acquisition and development of real estate, as well as guides clients through the available tax credits and incentives for development and renewable energy projects.
