Jeffrey L. Green brings extensive experience in the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies to the Loomis Law Firm. He also has expertise in labor law, environmental law and in the acquisition, development and financing of affordable housing and commercial real estate. He has represented clients before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the National Labor Relations Board
Green joined the Loomis Law Firm in 1989 after practicing in Toledo, Ohio and Traverse City. He earned his law degree from the University of Toledo.
